Submission of Helpdesk Incidents and Requests for Technology Support

It is the Department of Technology’s goal to provide world-class customer service to all students in the Park Hill School District. If your student experiences trouble when using a district provided technology resource, we encourage him or her to first talk with a peer to see if they can resolve the incident together. If they are unable to resolve the issue, your student can quickly and easily submit a Helpdesk Incident by visiting http://helpdesk.parkhill.k12.mo.us. Additionally, we’ve attached a PDF detailing the steps for submitting a Helpdesk incident in a step-by-step user guide.  Once the incident is received, Plaza’s Technology Support Specialist will be notified and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
