Welcome to the 2025-2026 football season! Please see this flyer for important summer information as well as the information below for how to prepare for the season. 

How to Prepare for the 2025-2026 Season

• Get physical from doctor (documents under the get involved page) and submit it in PRIVIT.
• PRIVIT
  • If you are a new athlete at Plaza, create a PRIVIT account (directions found on the get involved page). 
  • If you are returning, please log on to your PRIVIT account and update information as well as choose what team/sport you intend to participate in.
• Ensure you are eligible
  • Can not have more than 1 F on your 4th quarter grades from 7th grade
• SWAY Testing
  • Complete the consent form in PRIVIT and then ensure you take part in the SWAY testing when it happens during practice or tutorial-more information to come
