Team & Season Info

Welcome to the 2025-2026 volleyball season! Please see below for important information for how to prepare for the season. 

Tryout Information

Tryouts will be August 18th and 19th after school from 2:30-4:00 pm. There may be a 3rd day of tryouts, depending on the number of athletes trying out and the need for more time to assess skills. This will be communicated to the athletes. All girls interested in trying out must have the necessary paperwork (see information below on how to prepare for the season). Athletes will need to wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes. Knee pads are encouraged. 

Bring a positive attitude and plan to give your best effort each moment of tryouts! We look forward to seeing you there!

How to Prepare for the 2025-2026 Season

• Get physical from doctor (documents under the get involved page) and submit it in PRIVIT.
• PRIVIT
  • If you are a new athlete at Plaza, create a PRIVIT account (directions found on the get involved page). 
  • If you are returning, please log on to your PRIVIT account and update information as well as choose what team/sport you intend to participate in.
• Ensure you are eligible
  • Current 8th graders
    • Can not have more than 1 F on your 4th quarter grades from 7th grade
  • Current 7th graders
    • All 7th graders are eligible
• SWAY Testing
  • Complete the consent form in PRIVIT and then ensure you take part in the SWAY testing when it happens during practice or tutorial-more information to come
