Process Coordinator

Erik Ranstrom serves as the Process Coordinator at Plaza Middle School.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Elementary Education from Eastern Nazarene College, where I built a strong foundation in inclusive teaching and early childhood development. I then pursued a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Special Education from the University of Central Missouri, deepening my expertise in individualized instruction, behavioral interventions, and collaborative support strategies. To further enhance my leadership capacity, I earned a Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Rockhurst University, equipping me with the tools to foster belonging in the learning environments. Most recently, I completed my Doctorate in Education (EdD) in K–12 Leadership at Rockhurst University, focusing on systemic change, instructional leadership, and policy development to advance educational equity across schools.
